I take seriously our mission to give you a “healthy life company” in every way…health, wealth, and a people-friendly community.

I’ve been creating companies for over forty years. It’s my passion. I’ve been responsible for starting many businesses of all kinds. In my experience there is no enterprise with more potential for growth than a direct selling company like JD Premium.

I have loved the direct selling industry from the moment I helped my sister, Norma, and other family members start Beauty for All Seasons over 40 years ago. Then we brought Melaleuca to the United States over thirty years ago. I loved the way these companies grew and developed from the grass-roots. They were and are presently such a blessing to my family and to so many other families.

The direct sales industry has created more millionaires from ordinary people than the next two industries combined. Because direct sales can create so much wealth so quickly and affect so many families, it can also be a dangerous industry and do a lot of harm. It can be manipulated through irresponsible business practices and greed.

There are a number of things about direct sales and network marketing I don’t like. Too many of my friends tell me stories about being hurt by their companies and the industry. I vow to do all I can to never let that happen at JD Premium.

I want JD Premium’s legacy to be a win, win for everyone involved.

So I have decided that we will live by the following rules:

1.  We will reward the builders. I’ve seen some companies (soul-less companies I call them) become so committed to growing their profits that they forget the people who build the business. I never want that to happen here. I want our good name and reputation to stand for integrity and fairness.  I don’t want a nameless board of directors making decisions that can affect so many lives in a negative way.

2.  We offer only the best products we can at a fair price. Direct sales is built on the integrity and outstanding reputation of its products. I promise that we won’t hide anything about our products. Ask all the questions you like. We’ll find the answers if we don’t know them and tell you the truth. Our products will be the best we can find so you’re never ashamed to invite your friends to shop at “your store.” It will not cost you a lot extra to order JD Premium products every month because you’ll merely be buying many of the same types of familiar products you would otherwise get from your local store. They’ll be of a higher quality and a great value. And what’s most exciting, you’ll be making money by shopping at “your store.” We want such great products, everyone will want to order more than 120PV every month.

3.  We only offer mainline products. Some direct selling companies offer such obscure products in niche markets that few people care about them. We want a wide range of products that will be easy for you to explain. We want lots of products most people will want to use on a daily basis. People will keep ordering from their store month after month and year after year because it’s so easy and the products are so good. This will help you build a stable business that will keep expanding and growing throughout your retirement.

4.  We offer compensation incentives not hurdles. Many direct sales companies have hard-to-explain hurdles to get over to make any real money. They confuse and discourage their people. It’s like a bait and switch. They hype the opportunity to get their new people excited about making money. Distributors pay high inventory start-up costs. They become “garage qualified.” Then, after a few months of working part-time, they realize it’s just too hard to be successful. The hurdles, the fine print, the limitations and qualifications for making any real money only reward the top leaders, not the newcomers. In JD Premium we’ve minimized the hurdles and maximized the incentives. You can earn up to 70 percent of PV (Point Value) in matrix commissions alone. To qualify all you do is personally enroll four active Independent Business Owners and maintain your personal monthly order of 120PV. You won’t find all the complicated recruiting qualifications. And in addition to the 70 percent, you’ll have a simple 50% Fast Start Commission and a 25% Matching Bonus from those you personally enroll. Our opportunity lets you, the Independent Business Owner in the field, become the highest paid position in the company!

Many direct sales companies promote a star, a medical guru, or what amounts to “royalty.” The success of the company is tied to their bigger-than-life celebrity rather than the real reason for our success—those hard-working people who share products with their friends and the team members in the office, our vendors, and our shippers. At JD Premium, from myself on down, I promise that no one will become the center of attention. You won’t see any individual singled out as our “spokesperson.” That will protect everyone from hype. It will make everyone accountable. We’ll all do the best we can, and if anyone stumbles, they can pick themselves up and move on without risking the opportunity for everyone else who depends on the success of JD Premium. We’ll offer great awards and incentives and share outstanding success stories, but no human being will be singled out as the perfect example for everyone else to follow or count on.

6.  You will pay your way. We believe IBOs should recognize the real costs of maintaining their business. We won’t hide the costs in the price of the products or an over-complicated compensation plan. You’ll have a monthly website fee, investments in attending events, and business expenses for marketing tools. Nothing will be hidden. You can declare every true cost of running your business on your income taxes.

With all that said, you don’t really need to know much more about me. I’m just a regular individual with a passion for starting successful new businesses. My goal is to give lots of hard-working people the best opportunity for success they will ever have in their lifetime.

I have put together a team at the corporate office that is experienced at running a successful direct selling company, but they are growing the company as it needs to grow—responsibly.

We haven’t set up a huge, expensive corporate office and elaborate website on the hope and dream for success. We will be offering more and more as we grow, but we will keep things simple for you to explain. We’ll test everything we do for success so we are never overextended in some program that doesn’t really work. That way, everyone will share in our real success, not a hyped-up façade of a company or program that is unproven and doesn’t really exist yet.

I hope to meet you at conventions and continue to share my philosophy and vision with you.
