Management Team
Josh Anderson
Chief Executive Officer
If we were to describe Josh Anderson with one word it would be “passionate”. Josh has more drive and determination than any two individuals placed together. He knows how to think his way through and past all circumstances. It is no wonder he has been asked to lead JD Premium as the CEO.
Early in life Josh had a desire to obtain a formal education. Like most struggling students, he had to find a way to raise the funds. It was at this point in his early 20’s that he decided to purchase his father’s cabinet shop. He bought the shop, the tools and employed others to build under his direction. The cabinet shop to that point had done well by local standards, but local standards were not enough for Josh. He knew it could be so much more and so he went in search of top dollar contracts – contracts that were unforgiving and had to be completed on time no matter what. This taught him to expect the unobtainable and reach the impossible. In his own words, Josh said: “I have made a lot of money off of these tools – referring to a hammer, drill and screws, but have never really used them.” His greatest tools were his ability to think grander than others think and believe that anything is possible.
Thinking big was not enough on its own. Josh had a passion for seeing other people succeed. Because of this, Josh completed his education and went to work teaching school, but the world was too large and the classroom was too small. After a short stint in teaching, while still running the cabinet shop, Josh was introduced to a man who saw his true potential. This individual mentored Josh and trained him in the fine art of multi-level marketing. Josh left the classroom for his real education. In an incredibly short while Josh built a downline organization of over 4,000 distributors. His ability to reach his goals coupled with his desire to help others reach their greatest potential soon invited the head hunters of most major multi-level marketing companies. Giants who begged him to come to work for them. Money was important to Josh, but integrity and honest values were more important. It was at this juncture that Roger Ball visited with Josh and shared his vision of what JD Premium could be. The leadership style, integrity and deep rooted values and fair play of the two men meshed and Josh went to work. In less than six months he successfully built the largest downline in the company commanding a six digit income from the fruits of his leadership, drive and passion for the true free enterprise system.
Out of loyalty to the company and Roger Ball, Josh agreed to set his own personal pursuits aside and put his leadership skills to work at the corporate level as JD Premium’s Chief Executive Officer. On any day you’ll find Josh reaching out his hand with that contagious smile lifting someone up with genuine enthusiasm and sincere compliments for their achievements. He lives by the Golden Rule and although gifted as a brilliant business man, he is happiest when he is meeting with the IBOs.
In his free time, Josh enjoys dirt biking, fishing, golfing and spending lots of quality time with his best friend and sweetheart Katie and their three little boys.

Ammon Kegel
Chief Financial Officer
As a young man Ammon Kegel saw first-hand the power of direct selling. He worked for a Southern Utah direct sales company to help supplement his college and mission funds. He didn’t realize at the time that he would have a key insiders’ view of the highly successful launch of JD Premium.
Ammon graduated with a BS in Accounting from Brigham Young University, Idaho and a minor in Russian and Finance.
He also obtained a real-estate license, which gave him an opportunity, with his accounting training to interview with Roger Ball for a position in five of Roger’s real estate holding companies dealing in properties in Idaho, Mexico, and Arizona. Ammon worked part-time on the accounting for JD Premium, but as it launched with such amazing growth, Ammon quickly saw the potential and was glad to accept a full-time position managing JD Premium’s accounting.
“The amount of compensation we send out each month to our Independent Business Owners is truly amazing,“ says Ammon. “It’s got to be one of the highest if not the highest in the industry. Anyone who is looking for a tool to take them out of a difficult financial situation should definitely take a close look at the JD Premium opportunity. We have professionals from other floundering industries who are making thousands of dollars a month with us after only a few short months of dedicated work. Some are even into 5-figures monthly.”
Ammon and his wife Amy have two daughters.
